Family Day and Community Event Saturday, September 12, 2026 11:00am -3:00pm

Sponsored by the Weeks State Park Association & the NH Division of State Parks and Bureau of Historic Sites

Come join us for a fun family day at the park with special activities that you won’t want to miss. And all are free to the public!

Besides a Museum tour and a climb up the Observation and Fire Tower to see the amazing vista, fun activity stations along the trails at the summit include:

• Furs and Tracks by NH Fish & Game

• Birds and Binoculars at the North Overlook

• Geology of Weeks State Park

• Leaves and Leaf Identification

• Forestry Health by UNH Cooperative Extension

• A complementary cookout of hotdogs, chips, cookies, & water at the picnic area (11:30 – 1:30)
